How long does Botox last?

Botox results typically last 3-4 months for most patients. With regular treatments, some patients find their results extend to 4-5 months as the targeted muscles gradually weaken. Our provider Marissa Mancinelli Howlett, MSN FNP-BC will recommend a maintenance schedule.

Most patients describe Botox injections as a very mild pinching sensation. We use fine-gauge needles and can apply topical numbing cream beforehand upon request. The entire treatment typically takes 10-15 minutes.

How long do dermal fillers last?

Dermal filler longevity depends on the product used and the area treated. Lip fillers typically last 6-12 months; cheek and jawline fillers can last 12-18 months. Hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible with hyaluronidase if needed.

What is PRP therapy used for?

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy uses concentrated growth factors from your own blood to stimulate tissue regeneration. At Opulent, we use PRP for skin rejuvenation (improving texture and fine lines), hair restoration, and joint pain relief.

How soon after Botox can I return to normal activities?

Most patients return to normal activities immediately after Botox. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, and lying flat for 4 hours post-treatment to optimize results and minimize bruising risk.
